Acer’s new Iconia Tab A510 tablet has a 15-hour battery
Acer has introduced the latest addition to the Iconia Tab family – the A510 – which has a 10-inch screen and is running the latest Android 4.0 operating system.
The Acer Iconia Tab A510 has a class-leading 15-hours of power, thanks to its 9800mAh battery, along with a powerful NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad core processor.
Acer’s A510 has the longest battery life of any stand-alone tablet device to allow more video viewing, music playback and web browsing.
The sleek tablet device can handle complex multitasking while reducing battery consumption at the same time.
Iconia A510’s screen has a high definition resolution of 1280 x 800 along with an internal memory of 32GB and a 5 megapixel rear camera.
There is also a microSD slot to expand the memory even further along with wi-fi connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1 and a HDMI out port for video output to a larger screen.
The product comes with an Iconia Tab Starter Pack valued at $150 and includes online tutorials and dedicated help desk support lines to ensure smooth operation for customers right out of the box.
Dolby Mobile 3+ is also onboard and provides impressive 5.1 channel HD output for enhanced audio enjoyment.
