One of the last roadblocks for the Vodafone-TPG merger has been cleared with TPG Telecom shareholders voting almost unanimously in favour of the scheme of arrangement to merge the two companies by July 13. New sales of electric cars increased by 149 per cent in 2019 – but they still only make up a very small proportion of the nation’s cars and light trucks on our roads.
