There are a lot of people looking forward to the release of Apple’s new iPhone which is set to give the Australian smartphone market a real shot in the arm and encourage customers to upgrade to a new device. Analyst firm Telsyte, says the Australian smartphone market is looking healthy after 4.4 million sales in the first half of 2017, that’s an increase of 16 per cent year on year. Telstra has today announced a partnership with Foxtel which will give mobile customers a free 12-month subscription to content packs from online streaming service Foxtel Now. Hisense wants to provide a larger home viewing experience for its customers after unveiling a new Laser TV at the IFA tech tradeshow in Berlin alongside other innovations for future products.
