Samsung’s Galaxy A90 5G smartphone now on sale for $1,049

The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G smartphone is now available and bringing affordable 5G connectivity to Australian customers on the Telstra and Optus networks.

The device is available through Samsung channels, Telstra and Optus stores and selected retailers.

It is priced at $1,049 making it one of most affordable 5G smartphone on the market today and the cheapest 5G device from a major brand.

The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G has a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity U display to enjoy your content on the move.

Also onboard is a 48-megapixel main camera alongside a 5-megapixel and 8-megapixel ultrawide camera that make up the rear triple camera system.

And your selfies are also going to be high quality thanks to the front facing 32-megapixel camera.

The cameras have lot of smarts built in including AI capabilities like Super Steady, Scene Optimiser and Flaw Detector.

Having 5G connectivity allows customers to enjoy faster download and streaming speeds and also take their mobile gaming experience to the next level with minimal lag.

The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 5G mobile platform and has up to 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage which is expandable with a microSD card slot.

There is also a 4,500mAh battery onboard to easily power you for the entire day and also 25W Super Fast Charging when it’s time to recharge.

And for the first time on an A Series Samsung phone, the device also has Samsung DeX and Microsoft’s Your Phone app so you can take your experience to the PC or TV and stay productive.

The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G is available now and is priced at $1,049.
