Catch launches affordable pre-paid mobile plans as we venture back out into the world
We’ve seen the importance of connectivity during the last few months but now as restrictions start lifting we will be relying on our mobile data even more – just in time to take advantage of new prepaid mobile plans from Catch.com.au.
There are four new Catch prepaid mobile plans that use the Optus network which offers customers speed and wide coverage.
Customers have the choice of expiry period ranging from 30 days to 365 days and up to 120GB of data.
The Catch Connect Big Value and Big Gigs plans start at $20 with unlimited calls and texts, 15GB of data and a 30 day expiry.
Customers who move up to the $60 Catch Connect plan will also have unlimited calls and texts and 60GB data which expires after 90 days.
Catch also have 365-day expiry plans – $120 (60GB) and $150 (120GB) – both with unlimited calls and texts.
These plans are designed for casual to mid-level users and include enough data to suit their needs.
As COVID-19 restrictions ease, people are venturing back out into the world and will be using their own mobile rather than their home wi-fi.
Research from OpenSignal revealed smartphone users spent 60.4 per cent of their time on wi-fi in March – and that only dropped to 56.1 per cent in May which shows demand for mobile data is growing.
“Catch.com.au knows people want a great deal. During lockdown, Australians have embraced digital tools such as online games and group video calls into their social interactions,” says Catch.com.au CMO Ryan Gracie.
“As lockdown restrictions ease, and we venture further away from our wi-fi routers, people want plans that deliver more data for less, wherever they are.
“We have recognised that need and responded with new Catch Connect plans – giving Australians amazing coverage, speed and service at famous Catch.com.au prices.”
Users have the option of adding International Extras pack to keep in touch with loved ones overseas.
And when we’re travelling again, there’s also the option of including an international roaming option.
Users switching from another service will be able to easily port their existing mobile number to Catch Connect.
All Catch Connect plans are available now through www.catchconnect.com.au
