ASUS launches ROG Phone II for powerful gaming on the go

ASUS has entered the phone market in Australia with the ROG Phone II – a high-powered gaming phone that offers an immersive experience for players on the move.

Available exclusively through JB Hi-Fi the ASUS ROG Phone II is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus which was clocked at 2.96Ghz with the Qualcomm Adreno GPU.

Add to that power the world’s first 120Mhz/1ms AMOLED 10-bit HDR (high dynamic range) 6.59-inch display with Delta-E colour accuracy and 49ms touch latency.

And don’t think the battery can’t handle the gaming performance.

The device has a 6000mAh long-life battery with 30W ROG HyperCharge so you can recharge quickly when you need to.

On the audio side, the ASUS ROG Phone II has landscape-oriented dual surround vibration and front facing stereo speakers

It has a Matte Black design and is emblazoned with a pattern to give it a distinctive look.

Customers can purchase the ASUS ROG Phone II as part of a bundle which includes accessories like a gamepad, cooling case and controllers.

The two-part Kunia controllers can be attached to create a standalone gamepad or combined to add physical controls to the device.

The ASUS ROG Phone II is available now from JB Hi-Fi for $1,699 which includes the ROG Kunia Gamepad and AeroActive Cooler II and Aero Case.
