Audio fans know Technics brand in their home with systems and turntables. Now you can take Technics with you anywhere after the release of the EAH-AZ70W True Wireless Earphones.

Available in black or silver, the EAH-AZ70W are compact earphones with a stylish design which includes the Technics logo on the spun-metal control plate.

They have a rounded body to offer a comfortable fit for hours at a time.

Technics used a lot of 3D ear data to ensure the design was optimised with the correct angles and length of the sound ports.

The earphones have an IPX4 rating which means they are splashproof and suitable to wear in the gym and while exercising.

Under the hood are 10mm drivers which deliver a wide sound stage and deep bass while a graphene-coated PEEK diaphragm reduces vibration so all you hear is clear, crisp sound.

The Technics EAH-AZ70W earphones also offer noise cancellation through two systems of microphones – Feedforward Noise Cancelling (FF-NC) and Feedback Noise Cancellation (FB-NC) – to detect the ambient sound and use a combination of analogue and digital processing to cancel that noise out from inside and outside your ear.

The EAH-AZ70W earphones can stream your music through a robust Bluetooth connection that will work well even in crowded areas with lots of signals.

The Ambient Sound mode allows the user to touch the exterior sensor to be able hear ambient sounds around them without the need to remove the earphones.

The Bluetooth antenna is located just below the outside touch sensor for improved connection stability.

There’s also a Left-Right Independent Signalling System which also delivers correct sound balance between the left and right channels in any environment.

The onboard microphones have a labyrinth cabinet structure which reduces wind noise and improve noise cancellation and also beamforming technology that can lock on to your voice so you can make and receive clear calls as well.

Users can access their either Siri or Google Assistant while Amazon Alexa can be activated with the Alexa mobile app. Later this Alexa will also be accessible through the earphones’ touch sensor.

When the Technics EAH-AZ70W earphones are fully charged you can enjoy up to 6.5 hours of use while the charging case adds another 19.5 hours of playback.

The Technics EAH-AZ70W True Wireless Earphones will be available from mid-July and will be priced at $449.
