Modern technology gives us many things.

Huawei’s new FreeBuds Pro earphones have intelligent active noise cancellation

Huawei has released the world’s first True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earphones – the Huawei FreeBuds Pro – which also include a unique form of active noise cancellation technology.

The Huawei FreeBuds Pro are the world’s first intelligent dynamic noise-cancelling earphones and the first to include TWS.

They offer excellent sound quality, a comfortable fit and a range of smarter features.

“Our new FreeBuds Pro have been designed to help us stay connected to a high-quality audio experience while on the go, making them the perfect pocket companions to support the typical busy and active Aussie lifestyle,” says Larking Huang, managing director of Huawei consumer business in Australia.

“From smarter features such as Awareness Mode to keep use safe when crossing the street to intelligently sensing the surrounding environment to improve the noise cancelling experience, they demonstrate Huawei’s commitment to deliver the very best in next-generation technologies that can enrich and enhance our everyday lives.”

The Huawei FreeBuds Pro have a sleek and unique in-ear design with a square-shaped stem.

The intelligent dynamic noise cancellation offers a significant improvement over previous forms of active noise cancellation with an improvement of up to 40dB while the closed in-ear fit also helps eliminate distractions.

There are dual microphones positioned inside and outside the earbuds which can pick up and identify the ambient sound and automatically switch between three noise cancellation modes – ultra, cozy and general – and effectively cancel the outside noise.

The Huawei FreeBuds Pro can intelligently sense your surroundings and automatically adjust the noise cancelling experience to suit.

Awareness Mode and Voice Mode helps the user hear the outside world through those built-in microphones so the earphones can pick when you’re sitting in a room or crossing a road or having a conversation.

Huawei’s engineers created a customised dynamic suspension between the speaker and the dynamic driver which works to stabilise the acoustic system of the entire earphone, reduce vibrations and produce a clearer sound.

Also onboard is a dynamic EQ which takes the data from the in-ear microphone to automatically optimise the sound for the sound of the user’s specific ear type.

There are also two Bluetooth antennas onboard for 360-degree omnidirectional coverage.

Dual Connection is another feature that allows users to switch between devices quickly and easily.

The Huawei FreeBuds Pro are priced at $329 and are available now in carbon black, ceramic white and silver frost from Huawei Authorised Experience Store World SquareChatswoodMobilecitiAmazon and the official Huawei consumer website.
