Spotify’s 2022 Wrapped reveals the most streamed music artists in the world

Spotify has unveiled its 2022 Wrapped campaign which reveals the top artists, top songs and podcasts that were streamed by more than 456 million listeners around the world.

Taylor Swift was the most streamed artist in 2022 and the most streamed track was As It Was by Harry Styles.

The most streamed local artist was The Kid LAROI with Stay (with Justin Bieber).

His other hit Thousand Miles was ranked at the fifth most streamed track by an Australian artist.

The love of Harry Styles continued with Harry House the most streamed album in Australia followed by Ed Sheeran.

Globally, Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny was the most streamed artist with more than 18.5 billion streams.

Taylor Swift came in second followed by Drake in third, the Weeknd fourth and BTS fifth.

Eligible users can also access their personalised 2022 Wrapped experience exclusively in the Spotify mobile app (iOS and Android) on the 2022 Wrapped hub. Be sure your Spotify app is updated to the latest version (8.7.78) to access.
