Denon has released the DHT-S217 – an affordable low profile soundbar with a built-in subwoofer and Dolby Atmos 3D technology to elevate your home audio experience.
The DHT-S217 delivers clear dialogue and solid bass response from two onboard downfiring subwoofers that both movie and music lovers will enjoy.
The soundbar also includes Dolby Atmos 3D audio so you can hear true cinematic surround sound that will come from all directions including from above you and provide a higher quality experience with your 4K TV.

The unit is only about 5cm tall so it can be easily positioned in front of any TV without getting in the way. It can also be wall mounted.
Denon’s century-long legacy of creating home entertainment systems is evident with the DHT-S217.
The subwoofers and Dolby Atmos are joined by high performance midrange drivers and tweeters so you can enjoy a true 3D audio experience.
Listeners can also easily pair their mobile devices to the Denon soundbar via Bluetooth to stream their music as well.
The Denon soundbar can be connected to most TVs with the supplied HDMI or optical cables and control the volume through their TVs remote control.
The 4K HDMI connectivity also delivers excellent video quality while the eARC also gives rich audio playback from their smart TV’s built-in streaming apps.
The Denon DHT-S217 has four sound modes – Movie, Night, Music and Pure – so users have the right mode for the right occasion.
The DHT-S217 will be available in May and will be priced at $399. It will be available from authorised Denon retailers.
