Microsoft has just unveiled its versatile new Surface Pro that’s both a laptop and a tablet and more powerful and faster than ever so users can create, work and play anywhere.
While Microsoft hasn’t given this device a number it is the fifth model of the Surface Pro so we can expect people to refer to it as the Surface Pro 5.
The device has a stunning 12.3-inch PixelSense display with a resolution of 2736 x 1824, 3:2 aspect ratio and 267ppi (pixels per inch).
The screen supports Surface Pen and Surface Dial to unleash the power of the product to a variety of users.
Running the full version of Windows 10, Surface Pro includes 3D creation tools and the speed and performance to stay productive on the go.
Under the hood, the latest Surface Pro is powered by an Intel 7th Gen core processor and an Intel HD graphics processor.
Users can choose from solid-state drive storage options ranging from 128GB
up to 1TB with either 4GB, 8GB or 16GB RAM.
The versatile device can power through for up to 13.5 hours on a single battery charge.
In fact, this new Surface Pro offers 50 per cent more battery life and 50 per cent more performance than the Surface Pro 4.
Like the previous models, the device comes with a handy kickstand and can be accessorised with a keyboard cover.
On the connectivity side, the latest Surface Pro has a full-size USB 3.0 port, a microSD card reader, Surface Connect, a headphone jack and a Mini Display port.
Users can sign in to the device with their face through the front camera thanks to Windows Hello.
Also on board are stereo speakers with Dolby Audio Premium so your music and movies will sound great.
The new Microsoft Surface Pro will be available from June 15 and will start at $1,119 for the 128GB Intel Core M3 with 4GB RAM.
The top model with 1TB SSD, Intel Core i7 and 16GB RAM will set you back $3,999.
