Amaysim offers more value with new $19.90 mobile plan
Amaysim has raised the bar in the mobile value stakes after introducing a new $19.90 a month Flexi plan which offers generous talk, text and data allowance.
The SIM-only plan includes up to 220 minutes of standard national calls to all Australian mobile numbers and landlines or 220 texts or a combination of both.
Calls and texts are charged at a flat rate of just nine cents a minute with no flag fall.
Amaysim’s $19.90 Flexi also includes unlimited voicemail access as well as unlimited access to social networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace and eBay within Australia.
Also included in the $19.90 plan is 500MB of data with unlimited talk and text between Amaysim customers.
And even if customers go over $19.90, calls and texts are still charged at only nine cents each with extra data charged at five cents per megabyte.
There are no lock-in contracts – just a 30-day commitment with customers also able to move to other Amaysim plans.
Amaysim customers use the Optus network and have a 100 per cent Australian based call centre and customer service area.
Amaysim founder and CEO Rolf Hansen said: “We’re sticking it to outdated telco practices like funny-money call charges and cloak-and-dagger value claims.”
