ASUS has unveiled the ASUS Googlebook 14 – the sub 1kg laptop built for Gemini intelligence and for users who want more of a connected experience with their Android smartphone.
The ASUS Googlebook 14 weighs just 0.99 kg and is only 10.9 mm thick.
It also comes with 12 months of Google AI Pro to access features in Gemini Flow and Gemini Notebook and directly in the Google apps they already know and use.
Customers also receive 5 TB of cloud storage to keep their photos and files backed up.

Despite its svelte dimensions the ASUS Googlebook 14 doesn’t sacrifice durability thanks to its CNC-machined magnesium alloy chassis.
It is finished in Dusk Ash colour with the nano ceramic technology to help resist scratches, stains and day-to-day wear and tear.
It was tested to meet the U.S. military-grade MIL-STD-810H standard, along with ASUS’s own durability standards.
On the performance side the ASUS Googlebook 14 is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 processor, up to 16GB RAM, and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD.
Also has an advanced cooling system to support extended performance while staying whisper quiet.
And with a 70Wh battery users get up to 18 hours of battery life.
The ASUS Googlebook 14 has a 14-inch 16:10 3K OLED HDR 120Hz touchscreen, which offers stunning detail and contrast and up to 1,000 nits peak HDR brightness.
Also on board is a six-speaker system with dual force-cancelling woofers and two tweeters, which create an immersive sound stage for calls and entertainment.
It also has a large haptic touchpad, which uses six point force sensing for consistent click pressure and tactile feedback, while the backlit keyboard has 1.5mm key travel for comfortable and quiet typing all day.
The ASUS Googlebook 14 is designed to integrate perfectly with Gemini Intelligence to improve your productivity and creativity.
And the experience stays connected across devices and workflows thanks to its support of Android devices.
This means users can start a task on a phone and finish it on the ASUS Googlebook 14 or cast phone apps to the laptop to provide another way to complete their tasks.
On the connectivity side the ASUS Googlebook 14 has two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C full-function ports, which offer power delivery with DisplayPort 1.4, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port and a 3.5 mm audio combo jack.
