TCL has released its new QD-Mini LED gaming monitor range – LED by the 32R84 flagship model – which brings richer colour and improved performance to the desktop.
The new TCL gaming monitor line-up includes display technology used in TCL’s latest range of 4K TVs.
These include the 32G64, 27G64, the 25G54 along with the 32R84.

These models are aimed at serious players who refuse to compromise the experience, picture and sound quality of their game.
The 32G64 and the 27G64 offer QD-Mini LED at 32 and 27 inches respectively.
The 25G54 is the more affordable option with Mini LED backlighting and a 25-inch FHD panel.

At the top of the line is the 32R84, which is a 32-inch 4K panel with QD-Mini LED backlighting to provide high quality contrast, colour depth, and motion clarity which is usually something you get with high-end home theatre displays.
The 32R84 has been engineered for hardcore players who spend hours immersed in their gaming environments and want every detail and every dark corner to be rendered in its highest quality.

“The 32R84 is proof that TCL’s TV-grade display technology doesn’t stop at the living room,” said Hawke Zhang, TCL Electronics Australia and New Zealand’s Managing Director.
“We’ve taken everything we’ve learned building QD-Mini LED into our television range and applied it to a category purpose-built for gamers, and this is just the start of our push into premium gaming displays.”

The TCL 32R84 features new technologies, including:
– 1,400 local dimming zones and a 1,400-nit peak brightness for precise contrast control,
delivering ink-like darks alongside halo-free highlights.
– 95 per cent DCI-P3 quantum dot colour coverage for richer, more accurate colour
reproduction across every scene.
– 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time for smooth, blur-free motion during
fast-paced gameplay.
– Single-cable 65W USB-C connectivity, letting gamers power and connect their laptop
through one cable for a clean setup.
