Samsung’s new Space Monitor can help you create an uncluttered workspace

Samsung has launched its new Space Monitor – an adjustable screen that allows users to reclaim desk space and keep their workspace uncluttered while still having the versatility of a moveable monitor.

The Samsung Space Monitor has a unique stand and clamp that allows the screen to be positioned on the edge of a desk with the ability to tilt back and forth and positioned for maximum comfort.

The minimalistic look is also enhanced with the monitor’s cable management which runs the power and HDMI cable down through the arm and out of sight.

Samsung’s space monitor is available in two sizes – 27-inch with QHD resolution and 32-inch with 4K UHD resolution.

“Space introduces an elegant new form factor, starting a brand new category for monitors,” said Phil Gaut, Director of Display and Memory Solutions, Samsung Australia.

“With its unique arm design freeing up desk real estate previously occupied by monitor stands, Space gives Australians the minimalist style and flexibility to get their work done.

“Many Australians are looking to adopt a tidier, more streamlined approach to work and their desk space, and the Samsung Space is a new option for workplaces to consider.

“It may even help Aussies to spark a little more joy at the office.”

Research has shown messy workspaces can be a source of tension between colleagues with 34 per cent admitting to being bothered by their co-workers’ untidy desks.

And 60 per cent believe the state of a person’s work desk reflects the sort of person they are.

Studies have shown that 83 per cent of respondents believe those with clean desks are more organised and efficient.

Samsung says its Space Monitor could address these workplace issues and reduce anxiety and empower Australians to maximise their productivity through reduced clutter and organisation.

The Samsung Space Monitor is priced at $999 (32-inch) and $799 (27-inch) and available now from Samsung Australia’s website and select retail partners.
