Huawei’s Band 6 monitors blood oxygen and heart rate with a two-week battery life

Huawei has released its new Huawei Band 6 – a feature-packed yet affordable smart band that can support all day blood oxygen, heart rate and sleep monitoring with a two-week battery life – and all for just $139.

The Huawei Band 6 has a 1.47-inch AMOLED FullView touchscreen display that has a longer and rectangular shape with 64 per cent screen to body ratio.

Weighing just 18g, the Huawei Band 6 can be worn all day and night comfortably.

It is also the first Huawei device to support all-day SpO2 monitoring along with heart-rate, sleep and stress monitoring and menstrual cycle tracking.

The all-day blood monitoring can generate an alarm when the blood oxygen level is low so the wearer can take action and manage their health more effectively.

On the fitness side, the device supports 96 workout modes for professional data monitoring and analysis.

The Huawei Band 6 also inherits the company’s excellent long-life battery performance and backs that with a high-efficiency chipset and power-saving algorithm which can support continuous health and sleep monitoring for up to two weeks.

The device can be recharged with a magnetic fast charger.

The HUAWEI Band 6 is priced at $139 in Graphite Black, Amber Sunrise, Sakura Pink and Forest Green.

It will be available for purchase from the Huawei Experience Store online and in-store at Chatswood, World Square, and Hurstville, MobileCiti and Amazon.
