Infinity Ward has revealed the first glimpse of its all-new Call of Duty: Ghosts first person shooter game which hits shelves worldwide in November.
The world’s first look at the Call of Duty: Ghosts reveal trailer took place during the Xbox One console launch in Seattle.
The game is set 10 years after a war which has wiped out America and a rag-tag group of soldiers from different parts of the US military unite to fight back against the enemy.
The story and characters of Call of Duty: Ghosts were created by Stephen Gaghan – the Oscar-winning writer of Traffic and writer/director of Syriana.
Also on show when the game is released later this year will be the new physics engine that provides a never-before-seen level of realism for characters and environments.
The level of detail is a leap ahead of even Infinity Ward’s recent Modern Warfare 3 that was released 18 months ago.
Characters look real with intelligent technology controlling how light and shadows play off the characters and their surroundings.
Gameplay has also been enhanced to maintain the fast-paced action and keep you immersed in the story.
Call of Duty: Ghosts will be released on November 5.
