Panasonic launches 65-inch 4K Viera television
Panasonic has unveiled its first Viera 4K Ultra High Definition TV – a 65-inch LED model that has four times the resolution of full high definition televisions.
Panasonic is the last of the major TV brands behind Samsung, LG and Sony to enter the 4K television market.
The TH-L65WT600A has a 4K Fine Remaster Engine onboard to upscale various forms of content – including TV broadcasts and web videos – into detailed 4K quality.
The new Panasonic 4K television also comes with a range of smart features to allow easy access to content and apps while the Voice Interaction functionality means users can control the TV just be talking to it.
Australians are buying more large screen TVs just like this one and, with the Viera 4K quality and added fine detail, viewers can sit even closer to their TVs at home for a lifelike experience.
Users can also share content to the TV from their smartphone or tablet with the Swipe and Share function so 4K quality images can be enjoyed in all of their glory on the TV.
The Panasonic TH-L65WT600A 65-inch 4K Viera TV will be released in Australia in late October.
Pricing will be announced closer to the launch date.
