Samsung has just unveiled the Galaxy Fit3 fitness tracker which utilises Samsung’s advanced health monitoring technology so you could achieve your health and wellness goals.
The device contract your daily workouts and your sleep and keep track of all your data.
“At Samsung, we’re committed to providing Australians with advanced health monitoring tools and accessible resources to help them along their wellness journey,” says Kylie Mason, Head of Wearables, Mobile eXperience at Samsung Australia.
“We’ve seen Australians’ growing interest in gaining a comprehensive understanding of their health and wellbeing, and with our newest dedicated fitness tracker, the Galaxy Fit3, we mark another step towards providing a smarter and more enhanced connected snapshot.”
Priced at $149, the Galaxy Fit3 has an aluminium body and a 1.6-inch display that’s 45 per cent wider than the previous version.
Samsung says the battery can last up to 13 days.
Users can also personalise the device with their own photos or choose from one of more than 100 watch face presets.
The bands can also be mixed and matched to suit their style.
On the workout side, the Galaxy Fit3 can track more than 100 workouts and allow them to review their exercise records to help them stay motivated and on track to reach their goal.
The tracker is also water resistant with a 5ATM and IP68 rating so there’s no limit to where you can take the Galaxy fit 3.
It also provides a wider understanding of your overall health and can provide insights into stress levels and can regularly keep track of your heart rate.
The Galaxy Fit3 is small and comfortable enough to wear to bed so it can track your sleep patterns with the ability to even detect snoring while monitoring blood oxygen levels, so you get the full picture on your individual sleep patterns.
This information can then be used with the personalised sleep coaching which offers insights to help you achieve a better and more restful sleep.
The Fit3 offers safety features like fall detection and emergency SOS so it can detect an abnormal fall while also having the option of calling emergency services to receive medical support.
Naturally the Galaxy Fit3 fits seamlessly into the connected Samsung Galaxy ecosystem.
One handy feature is the ability to use the Fit3 as a remote control for their smartphone camera as well as play and control media on their connected device.
The Fit3 can also help locate a misplaced device with the Find My Phone feature on the Galaxy Fit3 or vice versa
The Samsung Galaxy Fit3 is available now in two colour options – grey and pink gold. It is priced at $149 from samsung.com/au and selected retail partners.
