Microsoft’s Surface Pro 3 to go on sale August 28
Microsoft’s Surface Pro 3, the Windows tablets that’s powerful enough to use as a laptop, will go on sale across Australia on August 28.
The Surface Pro 3 will be available from JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman and other computer resellers.
Customers can already pre-order the device through the Microsoft Store.
Microsoft unveiled the Surface Pro 3 back in May.
Entry-level models will have an Intel Core i3 processor, 64GB storage and 4GB RAM.
It has a larger 12-inch ClearType full high definition screen with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 and a squarer 3:2 aspect ratio.
The Surface Pro 3 is running a full version of Windows 8.1 and has a full sized USB 3.0 port, a microSD card reader, a Mini DisplayPort and can connect to faster 802.11ac wi-fi networks.
