Hypop’s portable lighting solutions can have you looking your best anywhere

Over the last two years during the pandemic, we’ve done more video calls and video conferences then we have in our entire lives and now with our work from anywhere lifestyle we need the perfect lighting no matter where we are.

Hypop has come up with two lighting kits that will have you looking your best for those meetings on the go.

They are also ideal for content creators on the move who want to still look their best whether they are creating a social media video or a live stream.

LUME CUBE VIDEO CONFERENCING LIGHTING KIT – $119.99

The Lume Cube Video Conferencing Lighting Kit is designed to attach to the back of your laptop or desktop monitor with a suction cup and be able to peek over the top or edge of the screen to light up your face and your background.

There’s no doubt, especially working from home, we want to still maintain a professional look and having excellent lighting certainly helps.

The device has a 3200K to 5600K adjustable colour temperature so it can suit various environments and has a brightness adjustment.

Also built in is a frosted lens layer for diffusion so it delivers a softer light output rather than blasting you with bright harsh light.

There is a built-in battery onboard that will run for 2.2 hours at half brightness or 1.2 hours at full brightness – hopefully none of your meetings will ever have to last this long.

A small LCD screen on the back of the light can tell you the colour temperature and the remaining battery life along with the brightness setting.

The lighting panel is attached to the suction cup mount which has a 360-degree ballhead – it looks like a GoPro mount.

Also included is the silicon white diffuser and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable

Features

  • Attaches to your laptop or desktop monitor to provide illumination for your webcam videoconferences
  • 3200 to 5600K adjustable colour temperature
  • Built-in frosted lens layer for diffusion, and an additional external diffuser is included
  • 96+ CRI colour accuracy
  • 1 to 100% brightness adjustment
  • Built-in battery
  • LCD screen with settings and battery runtime
  • 1/4″-20 thread on the bottom and side for horizontal/vertical mounting

HYPOP RUBY 6-INCH CLIP-ON RING LIGHT – $27.99

The Ruby Clip-On Desk Ring Light might be small and compact but it sure provides ample light for your video call or if you happen to be creating content on the go.

Now you can be camera ready at any time and have that flattering lighting provided by the Ruby Ring Light.

The light is designed to remove those dark shadows and give you consistent illumination so you can look your best.

It has colour temperature adjustment from 3200K all the way up to 5600K which is the equivalent of natural daylight.

The Ruby Ring Light comes with a clip so it can be attached to computer monitors, laptops, mobile devices and tablets.

You can even attach it to other objects like a chair or a table or it can rest freely on the clip itself so you can use your light exactly how and where you need it.

Whether it’s a live stream for YouTube, Facebook Live, creating TikTok content or a Zoom call, the Ruby 6-inch Clip-On Ring Light can provide that professional look.

Features

  • Colour temperature adjustable 3200K (warm) – 5600K (cool)
  • Dimmable brightness
  • Max Clip Opening: 3.5cm
  • USB powered for easy usability and portability
  • Ring catchlights
  • Size: 6″ Ring Light
