Canon introduces new Pixma MX all-in-one printer range

pixma7262Canon has updated its home office printer range with five new connected multifunction all-in-one models boasting new designs and new features.

The new Pixma models MX396, MX456, MX526, MX726 and MX926 take over from the previous Pixma models MX376, MX436, MX516, MX715 and the MX895 respectively.

Each device offers print, copy, scan, fax and ADF (automatic document feeder) functionality.

Designed for home office use, the Pixma range can help you improve productivity with faster printing, larger and higher capacity paper cassettes and the ability to print high quality documents and photographs.

The Pixma MX726 and the MX926 have double front paper cassettes that can hold up to 250 sheets of paper and 20 sheets of photo paper.

These printers can also produce up to 10 pages per minute in colour and 15 in mono.

When it comes to scanning and copying multiple pages, the Pixma printers’ ADF 30-sheet feeder on the MX396, MX456 and MX526 comes in handy.

The MX726 and MX926 can take your productivity even further with a 35-sheet auto double-sided ADF for easy copying and scanning of double-sided documents without turning the pages.

The MX526, MX726 and MX926 can also save paper and produce professional documents by also offering double-sided printing.

And the MX456, MX526, MX726 and MX926 printers are also connected devices with built-in wi-fi which means they can be easily integrated into your home network.

They include support for printing from smartphones and tablets using Canon’s Easy-PhotoPrint app which is available for Android and iOS (iPhone and iPad).

There’s also Google Cloud Print support with the MX526, MX726 and MX926 so Google Docs and Gmail attachments can be printed remotely from anywhere with an internet connection.

Also on board the MX456, MX526, MX726 and MX926 printers is a USB port so scans of PDFs, images and copies of faxes can be saved to a USB memory stick.
