DJI, the company we know for its drones, cameras and microphones, has released another power station with the launch of the Power 1000 Mini.
The new DJI Power 1000 Mini is half the size of the DJI Power 1000 and is the most portable 1kWh power station on the market which builds on 15 years of research and development.
The DJI Power 1000 Mini has a 1008Wh capacity and measures 314mm x 212mm x 216mm and weighs 11.5kg.
It has a maximum 1000W output and can power 1200W appliances via two USB-A ports, two AC outlets or an SDC port.
The DJI Power 1000 Mini is ideal for camping and road trips, desktop charging and a home backup battery.
It has enough power to recharge a smartphone 54 times, a digital camera 53 times, a laptop nine times and a Nintendo Switch 50 times.
The DJI Power 1000 Mini can also run a coffee machine for 55 minutes, a projector for seven hours, an electric fan for seven hours, a lamp for 50 hours, a refrigerator for seven hours and a gaming desktop for two hours.
It can be recharged from the grid, with solar and in the car.
When connected to the grid, users can recharge to 80 per cent in 58 minutes and 100 per cent in 75 minutes.
The DJI Power 1000 Mini offers seamless backup for those devices that need 100 per cent uptime like critical equipment and data backups.
In the event of a blackout the Power 1000 Mini can default to UPS (uninterruptable power supply) within 0.01 seconds to provide continuous operation.
The battery has been built with safety in mind so users can have total peace of mind when taking it on camping trips and on the road.
It is made from flame-retardant materials and can withstand pressure bearing capacity of up to one ton.
The internal LFP cells even passed nail penetration testing.
