Samsung has released its latest Galaxy Buds4 Pro – new flagship earphones that offer improved audio, enhanced active noise cancellation and a computationally designed fit.
The Buds4 Pro Include a wider woofer and an enhanced adaptive equaliser to ensure the highest fidelity to the original recording.
“Samsung understands that a truly premium audio experience combines technical sound quality with how that sound feels throughout a user’s day,” said Ikhyun Cho, Corporate VP of Mobile Enhancement R&D Team, Mobile eXperience.
“With the Galaxy Buds4 series, our design philosophy was uncompromising, providing all-day comfort without sacrificing audio performance, because these are what consumers value most.
“We engineered our most powerful hi-fi audio and our most secure, ergonomic fit to enhance one another, delivering the best and most satisfying listening experience we’ve ever created.”
Samsung went to the trouble of creating a computational design based on hundreds of millions of global ear data points and more than 10,000 simulations to come up with the sleek ergonomic fit.
The buds are smaller with a better fitting head so the user has a secure and comfortable experience even wearing them for hours.
The Buds4 Pro has a new stabiliser blade with a premium metal finish along with an engraved pinch control area to make it easier to locate and adjust the settings on the move.
It also has a new transparent charging case for easier storage and fast charging.
The new wider woofer increases the speaker area by almost 20 per cent.
And when combined with the tweeter they work together to deliver natural audio with clean distinct bass and rich treble.
The result is high fidelity sound that reflects the original recording as closely as possible.
Also improved with the Buds4 Pro is active noise cancelling which is achieved applying optimal algorithms Which takes the ambient sound fed in from the outer microphones and reduces them so you can stay immersed in your music or podcast.
And when it’s time to make a call, super clear call takes advantage of the wide band call technology and doubles the bandwidth of conventional Bluetooth calls.
This allows the callers voice to remain crisp and clear even in noisy environments like a sporting event, bustling restaurant or a busy playground.
Users can also use their voice to interact with AI agents including Bixby, Gemini and perplexity hands free while staying engaged with their surroundings and maintaining control over their audio.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro Also offer head gesture controls to manage calls and perform other actions hands free.
For example, you could accept the call simply by nodding your head like you’re saying yes or reject a call by shaking your head like you’re saying no.
The Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro are available in Black, White and Pink Gold (online onlyZ) and they go on sale on March 11 and will be priced at $499.
