The release date, plan pricing from all the telcos and Australian outright purchase price of the new feature-packed flagship HTC 10 Android smartphone has just been announced.
The HTC 10 – the device the company hopes will bring it out of the doldrums – will be released on May 3 through Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and Virgin Mobile.
On the same, the HTC 10 will also be available for outright purchase from JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman for $1,099.
The HTC 10 will be available in two colours – Carbon Grey and Glacier Silver.
It has a sleek design (it’s 9mm thick and weighs 161g), a 5.2-inch quad HD display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor under the hood.
Users will also find 32GB of internal storage, 4GB RAM and a microSD card slot to expand the memory.
It also has a 12-megapixel camera with fast laser auto focus and the capability to play Hi-Res audio.
