Australian consumer electronics company Laser has made a price breakthrough on its portable monitor range which now start from $99 and can reshape the ways we work, play, create and stream.
Laser, already known for combining quality with affordability, is offering its 14-inch portable monitor for $99 (usual RRP $149) – the first time a product of this kind has broken the $100 barrier.
There are three models in the portable monitor line-up: 14-inch ($99 – down from $149), 15.6-inch Full HD ($129 – down from $169) and 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen ($159 – down from $199).
These lightweight and portable monitors are designed to provide flexibility and help users stay productive and entertained.
They can be used in a variety of ways from providing an extra screen for your laptop to connecting gaming devices and smartphones to keep kids and adults entertained on the move.
The Laser portable displays also include built-in speakers for a complete media experience.
Each of the three models offer single cable USB-C connectivity for power, display and audio and power on instantly without the needs for extra power adapters and cables.
The portable monitors draw their power from the device they are connected to.
The Full HD IPS (in-plane switching) monitors offer impressive colour and clarity and have an excellent 178-degree viewing angle.
They can be used in either horizontal or vertical orientation.
Research from Roy Morgan shows more than 6.7 million – that’s almost half of the Australian workforce – work from home at least some of the time.
