Is your iPad screen large enough? If you answered “no” then you’ll be happy to hear Apple is reportedly working on 12.9-inch version of the popular tablet.
Digitimes has just posted a report the larger iPad could be released in October 2014.
This follows the news that Apple supplier Quanta Computer has won the contract to produce the screens for the larger device.
Apple is reportedly looking at either a 12.9-inch or 13.3-inch screen but it is believed the company is favouring the 12.9-inch option.
The larger screen, according to a recent report in the Korean Times, could also have 4K/Ultra High Definition resolution that is significantly higher than the current Retina Display resolution.

A larger screen iPad would be even better for gaming and watching movies and also more appealing to the education market where schools are phasing out laptops in favour of tablets.
The Digitimes report also mentions the release of a larger screen iPhone which has also been the subject of much speculation as early as May 2014.
