Reolink, the company behind leading intelligent visual technology, has launched a next generation AI security camera platform capable of enhanced detection and analysis.
This year at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Reolink is strengthening its security ecosystem with the new AI box – an independent AI hub that can deliver powerful AI computing to local devices and provide instant and private security.
Also unveiled at CES by Reolink is the new OMVI series of triple lens cameras that is showcased by the 24MP flagship OMVI X16 PoE which is also a CES 2026 Innovation Awards honouree.
REOLINK AI BOX
The Reolink AI Box Is powered by the Qualcomm Dragonwing Q8 series and can process data it receives from detection, analysis and search locally so it can deliver faster smarter and more reliable security experiences.
This on-site processing eliminates cloud delays and privacy risks.
When used as a central hub the Reolink AI Box can integrate seamlessly with most Reolink cameras, home hubs and network video recorders through a simple plug and play system.
It will then bring the latest ReoNeura AI capabilities to non AI devices.
The new features include prompt-based alerts which can be created using natural language.
For example, a user may say “watch out for a man climbing a fence” or “look out when the trash bin in the backyard is full” and the system then uses AI logic to detect when this occurs and to respond promptly.
The system will understand actions and intent and generate the relevant notifications which are tailored to the users environment whether it is home or business.
Another new feature is translating raw footage and identifying people, objects, action and context.
This means it will be able to describe what it sees in captured clips and assign them security levels from L1, which is normal activity, to L4 which is of high concern.
REOLINK OMVI SERIES
Reolink has introduced the OMVI series – a new line-up of triple lens security cameras which includes the flagship 24MP OMVI X16 PoE and the 18MP OMVI 3i Wi-Fi and Poe models.
The CES 2026 innovation awards honouree, the Reolink OMVI X16 PoE which includes a 24MP triple lens system combining a 16MP dual lens panoramic camera with a 180-degree ultra-wide view along with an 8MP pan tilt lens with 16x optical zoom.
It also has a triple motor structure that can support motorised tilt between 0 and 22-degrees for the upper lenses along with enabling 360-degree high speed endless horizontal panning with 140-degree vertical rotation for the PTZ unit.
It also has synchronised smart tracking so when motion is detected by the panoramic camera it automatically locks on and tracks it with the preset and zooms in for a close up.
Users can tap on any point in the panoramic view through the app to instantly direct the PTZ lens to focus on for more detail.
It’s also possible to set custom auto patrol schedules or perform on tap scans for proactive early threat detection.
REOLINK POWER EFFICIENT SERIES
Reolink has also introduced a series of battery doorbells and cameras in collaboration with Qualcomm that combine a compact design and competitive pricing.
These products are powered by Qualcomm’s Micro Power Wi-Fi QCC730 chip and delivers efficient battery performance which is up to 96 per cent longer than the industry standard which means long lasting and reliable home security.
REOLINK SOLAR FLOODLIGHT CAMERA
Reolink has a new Solar Floodlight Cam which includes an integrated solar panel.
The Solar Floodlight Cam is the latest member of the floodlight series alongside the bestselling Elite floodlight Wi-Fi and the flagship TrackFlex Floodlight Wi-Fi which was introduced at IFA 2025.
