Dyson has launched a new demo store and service centre for customers to experience its products and the technology and science behind them.
The store, which opened its doors at the Moore Park Supa Centre in Sydney, provides demonstrations for customers across its product portfolio – cleaning, air purification, heating, cooling and hair care.
The Dyson Demo Store will also provide support and service for existing customers.
“Dyson is committed to engineering problem-solving technology and ensuring our machines achieve high performance throughout their lifetime,” says Roland Krueger, Dyson CEO.
“In addition, we continue to find new ways to support our owners – be that virtually in the Dyson Demo VR store or our in our Dyson Demo Store – Service Centres.
“These service spaces provide Dyson owners tailored technology support and an opportunity to experience and buy our latest products at the same time.”
The store has a range of demo zones for customers who can see for themselves the Dyson technology at work and how it can be used in their homes to make them cleaner and safer.
Dyson says it’s the ultimate “try before you buy” retail space.
The new Moore Park Demo Store joins other existing service centres in the Sydney CBD, Castle Hill, Taren Point in NSW and others in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and New Zealand.
The new Moore Park Demo Store has a walk-in service area supported by Dyson experts to resolve issues without having to send them elsewhere for repair.
In the Retail Area, experts will provide live demonstrations and recommend the right product to suit the customers’ needs.
Any machine purchased in the store includes free next day home delivery.
The Dyson Demo Store in Moore Park is open between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 9pm Thursday, 9am to 5pm nm Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday and public holidays.
