HP has said goodbye to the tower and changed the shape of the modern desktop computer by building its first AI PC into a keyboard.
The HP EliteBoard G1a is a fully fledged computer powered by AMD Ryzen processors.
And it has been built entirely into a keyboard.
Built with HP Wolf Security, the EliteBoard G1a has enterprise management capabilities and a modular serviceable architecture.
The HP EliteBoard G1A can be used across organisations and operate in security-conscious environments like health care providers, government agencies, financial services organisations and customer-facing workplaces.

The design of the HP EliteBoard G1a can be used by employees with fixed or semi-fixed desk setups and employees who work between home and the office.
This means customers can carry a familiar desktop experience with them while maintaining performance, security and manageability that’s usually associated with a traditional desktop environment.
The device is powered by AMD Ryzen AI processors and offers desktop-class performance in a much smaller footprint.
The keyboard PC can support up to four 4K displays so it can still offer enhanced AI-powered productivity while reducing the space required for a conventional desktop setup.
Also built into the EliteBoard G1a are speakers and dual microphones so there is no need for extra peripherals.
And its modular architecture makes it easy for servicing and maintenance to help organisations maximise the product’s life cycles with minimal downtime.
The HP EliteBoard G1a is available now from hp.com with prices starting at $2,685.
