JBL unveils new range of rugged and waterproof Bluetooth speakers
JBL has launched a new range of Bluetooth speakers to suit a wide range of users and price points – the Go 2, the Clip 3 and the Xtreme 2 – and they all share JBL’s high definition sound quality.
These new JBL speakers also offer long battery life, waterproof durability and ease of portability as well as being controllable through your mobile device.

JBL GO 2 – $49.95
The Go 2 is a waterproof Bluetooth speaker that can go anywhere and run for up to five hours on a single charge.
Thanks to the IPX7 waterproof rating, the Go 2 can accompany you so you can hear your music at the beach or poolside.
The speakers can also be used as hands-free speakerphone and is available in five colours.
JBL CLIP 3 – $79.95
This is an ultra-portable and rugged speaker that might look small but that offers a huge sound.
The IPX7-rated waterproof Clip 3 has a built carabiner so it can clip to your bag, your belt or your clothes.
The speaker also includes a noise and echo-cancelling speakerphone.
Clip 3 can run for up to 10 hours through its rechargeable 100mAh lithium ion battery.
JBL XTREME 2 – $349.95
The JBL Xtreme 2 lives up to its name in size and audio quality.
The waterproof speaker delivers impressive and immersive stereo sound through its four drivers and two JBL radiators.
Under the hood is a 10,000mAh lithium ion battery which can provide 15 hours of playback and also recharge your other mobile devices through its USB port.
Through the JBL Connect + app, the Xtreme 2 can link wirelessly to more than 100 JBL Connect+ enabled speakers.
The carry strap even has a handy bottle opener.
