STM is already known for making excellent bags for your computers and gadgets but its latest bags just became even more useful and now include an onboard battery to keep your devices charged on the move.
The Energy option is now available for some of STM’s most popular bags – Drifter backpack and the Bowery and Trust shoulder bags.
Each has a discreet pouch to securely hold the specially designed 3500mAh rechargeable Joey energy supply.
The battery has a smart power feature for high speed charging and automatically adjusts to the correct speed to power your device.
It also has a temperature control sensor to protect your gadgets and the bag from overheating while are being charged.
The battery connects to a small LED dashboard which is held in place with a hook that’s close to pockets inside the bag to rest your devices while they’re being recharged.
Users will find a microUSB port on the LED dashboard to recharge the battery along with a regular USB port to connect your charging cable and power up your device.
Any USB powered device can be charged by the STM Energy bags including smartphones, tablets, cameras, e-readers, GPS devices, Bluetooth speakers and lots more.
The LED dashboard and battery don’t take up any storage space and have a special cable management system so there are no tangled cables inside.
The STM Drifter, Bowery and Trust bags have dedicated padded laptop compartments to fit 15-inch devices along with a dedicated tablet pocket plus additional storage for books and cables and organiser compartments.
There are also side water bottle pockets and integrated luggage pass throughs to secure it to the handle of your wheeled luggage.
The STM Energy bags are priced at $299.95 (Drifter), $229.95 (Bowery) and $279.95 (Trust) and are all available now.
