Vaya launches competitive 4G mobile and data plans
SIM only provider Vaya has launched new 4G plans which are being offered on month to month or two-year contracts starting as low as $9 a month.
Operating on the Optus 4G network, Vaya has plans for smartphones as well as data only plans for tablets.
These competitive data only plans start at just $33 a month for 10GB of data. At that price it will compete against committing to a home internet plan with line rental for ADSL connectivity.
“We know Australians are finding a cost effective 4G service more instrumental to their day to day activities,” says Vaya CEO Ben Pullen.
“Our Power Plans starting at $9 per month allows you to efficiently access your social media, email, news, business and entertainment outlets on the go without a hefty price tag.”
Vaya’s SIM only plans are ideal if you already own a smartphone and will still work with Vaya if the device is 2G or 3G.
Under Vaya’s Power Plans prices start at $9 a month with $50 of talk and text, 100MB of data all the way up to the Power Plan 45 with unlimited talk and text and 3GB of data.
But as a special offer if you sign up now, these plans are being offered at $7.20 and $36 respectively with the other plans in between also reduced.
Vaya also has Skinny Plans for light users who are mainly after talk and text ranging from $14 a month up to 40 a month. All of these plans are also now available at the special prices of $11.20 and $32 respectively.
The Skinny Plan 18 and Skinny Plan 28 have also been reduced to $14.40 and $22.40 respectively.
“As a 100% Australian-owned company, the needs of our local consumers are our target priority,” Pullen says.
“We are mobile specialists, there are other choices out there from non-traditional providers, but to ensure you get the best service that backs up what they say, you need a company with people that understands mobile and how you use it.
“4G coverage is changing the internet browsing experience. Everyone wants fast internet on-the-go and at a good price.
“At Vaya, there’s no obligation and you won’t get slugged with hidden costs. We believe Australians should have access to these services and that’s why our plans are so competitively priced.”
