New LifeProof case works with iPhone 5S Touch ID sensor
LifeProof has released a case for the iPhone 5S to make the device waterproof and shockproof but still allowing use of the Touch ID fingerprint reader.
The LifeProof frē all-protective case provides sturdy protection for the new Apple device and is sealed so it can handle water, dust and snow.
The case is also shockproof so it can easily handle those accidental drops and bumps.
Available in black and white, LifeProof frē can still allow users to enjoy every feature of the iPhone 5S like the touchscreen, speakers, camera and volume controls.
And this also includes the fingerprint reader which will still work through the part of the case that covers the home button where the Touch ID sensor is located.
And despite the military grade protection and construction of the LifeProof frē case it is still slim and light so as not to add too much bulk to the iPhone 5S.
The LifeProof frē is priced at $79.95 and available at Optus, Telstra, Leading Edge Telecom stores.
