Not everyone can afford a high-end smartphone and that’s created some competition at the entry and mid-level of the market. The latest is LG’s K10 which has a number of impressive features and a slick design.
The LG K10, priced at $299 and available now from JB Hi-Fi and Big W, has a 5.3-inch high definition (720 x 1280) display that’s covered by the new 2.5D Arc Glass.
The rear panel of the device has a glossy pebble design so it has a premium look and feel without the premium price tag.
On the camera side, there’s a quality 13-megapixel rear camera – an attractive feature for the younger customers shopping in this price range – along with a 5-megapixel front selfie camera.
Despite the low price tag, the camera has some features you’ll find on LG’s top shelf phones including Gesture Shot and Gesture Interval Shot which allows users to take selfies effortlessly.
You simply raise an open hand in front of the lens and then make a fist to start the 3-second timer for the shutter.
For the Gesture Interval Shot you make a fist twice and you’ll get four consecutive selfies.
The large screen is a great place to enjoy your content and it is powered by a 1.14Ghz quad-core processor and a 2,300mAh battery.
