New LifeProof cases make your iPad Mini and iPad Air waterproof

LifeProof has released new waterproof cases for the iPad Mini and iPad Air to protect the devices from the bumps and scrapes of daily life.

The nuud and fre will be available for the iPad Mini with Retina Display while the fre will be available for the iPad Air.

Both of these cases provide significant protection from drops, shocks and spills whether they’re on a work site, out on the road, in the office or in the hands of young children.

The fre cases fully enclose the iPad Mini with Retina Display and the iPad Air and include a thin transparent film to cover the display while retaining full interaction with the touchscreen.

Users can still access all of the features and functionality of the tablets including volume controls, the speakers, camera, on/off/sleep button and the home button.

The nuud case for the iPad Mini with Retina Display uses a patent-pending screenless technology that forms a seal between the case and the device’s touchscreen.

All LifeProof cases go through rigorous testing to meet military standards for shock and impact protection while offer an IP68 rating against water and dirt intrusion.
