Vaya launches value SIM card pack available exclusively at Coles stores
Vaya has partnered with Coles to offer mobile phone customers even more value with a new six-month prepaid plan that gives customers unlimited calls and texts and a generous data allowance.
Available exclusively from Coles, the plan is priced at $150 for six months which is equivalent of $25 per month.
And you get 5GB of data every 30 days along with unlimited calls and text messages on the Optus 4G Plus network.
SIM packs are available at Coles until stocks last with the plans starting after a one-off $150 payment
At the end of six months, which would be in early 2018 if customers take up the offer this month, the Vaya offer will automatically move to a month-to-month plan with no lock in contracts.
“We’re committed to delivering exceptional value to Aussie mobile users and expect this offer to shake up the retail space just as we have online,” said Vaya spokesperson Mark Khademi.
The only other company to offer similar long-term plans is Kogan Mobile which has 90-day and 365-day options along with regular monthly plans.
Kogan Mobile has a similar deal to the one being offered by Vaya through Coles supermarkets.
Using the Vodafone network, Kogan mobile has a similar plan at a promotional price with unlimited calls and texts plus 5GB of data for $29.90 a month, $63.90 for 90 days (the equivalent of $21.30 a month) and $205.58 for the 365-day plan (which works out to be $16.90 a month)
