Samsung has released the latest addition to the S25 family of smartphones – the S25 FE – FE being short for Flagship Experience.
It is more attainable for customers and provides a taste of the larger Galaxy ecosystem.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE includes powerful features like One UI 8 interface and Galaxy AI and AI editing tools.
The device has a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It is housed in an Armor Aluminium Frame which offers durability and a more refined finish.
“Galaxy S25 FE plays an important role as a gateway into the broader Galaxy AI ecosystem, making these experiences more attainable for a wider range of users,” said Jay Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of Customer Experience Office, Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics.
“With expanded personalised AI experiences and AI-powered photography and editing tools, Galaxy S25 FE empowers more people to bring greater convenience and creativity into their everyday lives.”
Galaxy AI is built into the S25 FE and optimised by One UI 8 and multimodal AI agents so you’re able to interact with the device in a comfortable and natural way via touch, voice and visual input.
It includes Gemini Live so you can ask contextual questions based on what you see through the camera and what’s on your screen.
The Now Bar also brings information to the surface including relevant updates, music, modes and routines.
Circle to Search with Google lets you circle an item on screen and find out more about that item.
On the camera side, the Galaxy S25 FE has an upgraded 12-megapixel front camera and now also includes the ProVisual Engine’s latest AI-powered features.
It has the same rear cameras as the S24 FE 12-megapixel ultra-wide, 50-megapixel wide and 8-megapixel telephoto camera.
It can also capture quality images in low light thanks to Galaxy’s Nightography and Super HDR in video offers natural colours and solid contrast.
There are also AI tools at your fingertips including generative edit to remove and replace unwanted objects in photos.
The S25 FE also inherits Portrait Studio to create personalised avatars, Instant Slow-Mo to transform your video clip and Audio Eraser to clean up and eliminate noise in your videos.
