Tile was one of the original trackers we used to locate our bags, keys, wallets and other valuables and it has just updated its entire range.

There are now Tile trackers that are designed to suit multiple uses and different items.

Tech Guide looked at four different Tile products – Tile Pro, Tile Mate, Tile Slim and Tile Sticker.

Tile uses Bluetooth for connection and location and if an item is lost its location will be updated when another Bluetooth device comes near it.

But there are also useful when you need to find the remote or your keys in your home.

The precise location can be seen on the Tile app and you can also get the tracker to play a sound.

Tile does not use GPS technology for location information – it relies on Bluetooth connections to update the Tiles current location.

They are easy to set up using the Tile app on iPhone and Android and this is where you track them as well.

Tile can also be used to find the phone it’s linked with as well as those times when you can’t find your device.

Tile will also work with Life 360 – the family safety and location sharing app.

The Tile products with buttons also have an SOS function – press it three times and it will share your location to your Life 360 buddies.

TILE PRO – $59.95

Tile Pro has a convenient ring in the corner so you can put them on your keys, hook it on other belongings and attach it to your bag.

Users can track the location on a map on the Tile app and play a sound to find it if you’re close by.

Tile can even be synched with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri you can use your voice to find your item.

It comes with a replaceable battery that will run for up to a year.

TILE MATE – $39.95

Tile Mate is slightly smaller than Tile Pro but it has the same ring in the corner so it can be attached to keyrings, bag, luggage and a variety of other products.

Being smaller than Tile Pro means Tile Mate can be used on other things like cameras and other valuables.

The built-in battery on the Tile Mate can last up to three years.

TILE SLIM – From $49.95

Tile Slim – as its name suggests – looks completely different than other Tile products.

It’s the same size as a credit card and can slip neatly in your wallet – which means if you misplace your wallet, you can quickly find it again.

Another popular use of Tile Slim by customers is using then in their car to turn it only a vehicle tracker.

Technically any of the Tile products can be used in your car.

The built-in battery aboard the Tile Slim will run for up to three years.

TILE STICKER – $39.95

This is the only Tile that has an adhesive back so users can stick on anything – their bike, their camera, the remote, glasses case, water bottle, inside luggage and much, much more.

Tile products can be purchased individually or in multi-packs as well as in packs that include different Tile styles.

The Tile Sticker has a built-in battery that will power the device for up to three years.
