Meta has released a range of new AI glasses which include new styles and colours, including a collection designed in collaboration with Kylie Jenner.
Meta has once again partnered with EssilorLuxottica to introduce these new Meta glasses, which provide an all-day AI assistant that lets understand what’s happening around you.
The new Meta Glasses come in three frame styles, including Meta Adventurer, Meta Fury and Meta glasses by Kylie.
The Meta Adventurer has a clean rectangular shape and is available in standard and large sizes.
The Meta Fury has a bold style and is available in a few exotic colours.
Meta Glasses by Kylie have a slim oval frame and have been inspired by Kylie Jenner’s personal style.
Colour-wise the glasses come in Classic Black, Classic Tortoise, Racing Green, Linen, Merlot, Mahogany and Sandstone.
They come with Transitions, polarised and clear lenses but are also compatible with prescription lenses.
The Meta Glasses build on the technology and features of the current best-selling AI glasses and offer a more affordable starting point for customers who want to take their first plunge into wearable tech.
The glasses have a three-way adjustable nose pad, adjustable temple tips and over-extension hinges to make them even more comfortable.
With the Meta AI glasses you can call on Meta AI at any time as well as listen to clear audio through the open ear speakers built into the arms.
Users can make and receive phone calls, listen to music, podcasts and audiobooks while still staying present in their surroundings.
There is an advanced mic array on board with advanced wind noise reduction so you can enjoy clear calls and offer crisp voice controls.
The onboard cameras mean you’re able to take photos and shoot video hands-free so you can still document the moment while staying present and enjoying it at the same time.
This version of Meta-AI AI glasses will have smarter answers on all subjects and enhanced capabilities to do things like understand what you’re seeing, manage your calendar and find the latest scores and the best local restaurants.
In an upcoming software update Meta is introducing Dynamic Photo, which is a new way to capture snaps in multiple frames so you can select the best one along with pedestrian navigation so you can receive around with turn-by-turn audio directions.
One of the excellent features of the Meta AI Glasses is Live Translation. That will be expanded to 14 new languages, including Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, and Korean.
This means you can have real-time conversations almost anywhere in the world.
The Meta AI glassed come with their own charging case, which is foldable and portable and offers up to 40 hours of additional battery life.
