Netgear launches a 4G LTE modem and a 4G LTE router to always keep you connected

Netgear, one of the leading providers of networking products for home or office, has announced two new 4G LTE products designed to keep people connected at home or in the office.

The new products include the nighthawk 4G LTE Wi-Fi 6 router (LAX20) and the Netgear 4G LTE modem (LM1200).

The Nighthawk LAX20 supports Wi-Fi 6 which delivers up to 1.8 Gbps of high performance Wi-Fi and improved network capacity to cope with connecting a greater number of devices on the home network.

The 4G LTE modem can be used to connect where wired Internet options or traditional Wi-Fi are not available or reliable.

The Nighthawk LAX20 is an ideal solution for those who need a connection for limited time periods, when on vacation or in a short term rental.

The 4G LTE wireless capability provides consistent high speed connections for those times when wired broadband is not fast enough, not reliable enough or just unavailable.

With the huge amount of online activity due to the increase in working from home scenarios as well as distance learning and video streaming, a consistent and reliable connection is a must.

There are five Gigabit ports (one WAN, four LAN) on the back of the device to connect more wired devices.

The two high power external antennas ensure wireless coverage range is consistent inside and out.

Also on board the nighthawk 4G LTE Wi-Fi 6 router is Netgear Armour for cyber threat protection for all its connected devices.

The Netgear 4G LTE LM1200 modem provides an affordable and reliable Internet connection via the 4G LTE network for those customers who are faced with slow home Internet or the lack of fixed line broadband services.

The device is also small enough to move from room to room so you’ll always be connected.

There are two Gigabit ports on the back so you can connect with any wi-fi router to share the connection within the home or office.

Both of the Netgear 4G LTE products require a 4G LTE SIM card which can easily be inserted through slot on the back of the devices.

These new 4G LTE products come after Netgear released its Nighthawk M5 5G Mobile Router which can be used for anyone who wants to stay connected on the move or as a backup to your home internet.
