LG launches new TONE Free wireless earbuds and XBOOM Go Bluetooth speaker

LG has added two new products to its portable audio range – the LG TONE Free T90S wireless earbuds and the LG XBOOM Go XG2T portable Bluetooth speaker.

These audio products have been designed to suit Australian customers with active lifestyles and offer powerful portable sound which can go anywhere.

And LG is offering a limited time 20 per cent discount for the TONE Free T90S earbuds which expires on October 31.

“At LG, we’re committed to creating technology that makes life better for Australians, and our latest portable audio products are designed to do just that this summer,” says Tony Brown, General Manager, Home Entertainment and Content Business Marketing at LG Electronics Australia.

“As people gear up for the season, they want audio that fits seamlessly into their active, on-the-go lifestyles.

“We are continuously evolving our portable audio products, and this latest range combines portability, durability, and innovative sound technologies to make the perfect companion for wherever summer takes you – whether it’s the beach, a backyard barbecue, or just hanging out at home.”

LG TONE FREE T90S DOLBY ATMOS WIRELESS EARBUDS – $299

The TONE Free T90S earbuds are designed to be worn for extended periods and come with enhanced active noise cancellation that can adjust in real time depending on the level of noise around the user.

LG has again included Dolby head tracking technology that works across all entertainment and devices which provides a spatial audio experience that adjusts with the user’s head movements.

LG says the T90S earbuds don’t need Dolby-supported devices or content – the built in Dolby Atmos technology provides the immersive audio experience directly from the earbuds themselves.

The buds are made from graphene which is both strong and lightweight and helps reduce distortion and maintain a deep and precise sound.

LG has brought back its UV nano technology inside the charging case which can eliminate 99.9 per cent of bacteria after just 10 minutes of charging.

The LG T90S earbuds can support up to five external Bluetooth-compatible devices and has up to 36 hours of battery life.

The charging case can also be used as a wireless dongle for devices with an AUX headphone Jack to create wireless convenience from non-Bluetooth enabled devices.

The ideal use of this feature would be wirelessly accessing in-flight entertainment systems on flights.

LG XBOOM GO XG2T PORTABLE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER – $TBA

Despite its ultra-portable size and design, the new LG XBOOM Go XG2T speaker can produce rich bass and crisp sound even when being played at low volume thanks to a new enhanced bass algorithm.

It includes an adjustable cord which allows users to fasten the speaker to their backpack or bike handles so you can listen to your music or podcasts on the go.

The XG2T can handle any conditions thanks to each durable design and military standard testing against high temperatures, rain, shock, dust and water emersion.

It means you can take your music anywhere and enjoy it in any conditions.
