A look at Tineco’s proprietary technologies that can make your floors sparkle

We write about all kinds of technology but the latest battleground is not the TV, speaker or smart device – it’s your floor. And one brand to watch in this competitive space is Tineco.

Floorcare has already become a massive category and, just like other tech categories, there is plenty competition.

This competition is inspiring innovations for more effective cleaning of the floors and of the products themselves to avoid odours.

Across the Tineco range is a range of proprietary technologies including FlashDry, HyperSteam and iLoop Smart Sensor.

FLASHDRY

FlashDry is an important feature for wet and dry products.

One of the biggest turn offs for customers is the musty odour that wet and dry vacuums can give off. Not the best situation.

But Tineco’s FlashDry technology eliminates this problem and is included in the Tineco Floor One S6 FlashDry.

So how does FlashDry work?

It starts with the appliance using fresh water that’s heated up to 70° Celsius so it can cut through and dissolve stains and deep clean the unit from the pipe to the brush roller.

Next is sealed drying at 70° Celsius to extract any residual water. This can all be completed in just five minutes.

The brush roller also moves in both directions which makes it stay drier and reduce odours.

HYPERSTEAM

Hygiene is just as important as cleanliness according to Tineco and its HyperSteam technology takes floor cleaning to a new level.

Integrated into the Floor One S7 Steam, HyperSteam technology offers two modes – Steam Mode and Boost Steam Mode – which can tackle all kinds of tough stains.

Steam is heated up to 140° Celsius and dispersed to sanitise the floor and leave it sparkling.

The soft roller also comes in to play to cleanse the floor with clean fresh water to help you achieve a spotless clean.

iLOOP SMART SENSOR TECHNOLOGY

iLoop Smart Sensor Technology can be found across various models of the Tineco range.

This important feature can detect and adjust how deeply the unit has to clean.

It can adjust things like suction, roller speed and fresh water flow based on the level of dirt detected.

This ensures a thorough, efficient and hygienic clean.

And it not only makes cleaning easier but that efficiency can also extend the battery life as well.

It does have a self-propulsion system that so it assists in forward movements and reduces the effort required.

Also onboard is the intelligent iLoop technology optimises water usage, dirty water levels, and battery power that runs for an impressive 40 minutes before it needs to go back on the charger.
