Australian company STM has released the 2016 range of bags in the popular Velocity collection that are designed to carry all of our precious digital gear on the go safely but also in style.
There are six different styles in the collection – Haven, Prime, Radial, Linear, Swift and Blazer.
One thing they all have in common is STM’s dual protection SlingTech system that keeps your devices not only padded but also suspended from the floor of the bag as well.
There also handy cable organisation that allows you to feed your cords between sections to store, access and charge your devices while they are still inside the bag.
The backpacks in the Velocity range have 3D foam cores with soft mesh and a central air channel to keep you cool and comfortable.
All of the Velocity bags are also made from water resistant fabric which means they’ll last for years.
Here are the new bags in the STM 2016 Velocity collection.
RADIAL – $119.95
This is a messenger bag designed to easily carry a 15-inch laptop as well as a tablet, accessories and other devices like your smartphone and headphones.
There are numerous pockets and organiser sections to carry cables, batteries, documents and pens with even enough room for a jacket or jumper.
It has a luggage pass-through in case you want to secure it to a larger roller bag.
The STM Radial bag is available in black, Moroccan blue and steel.
HAVEN – $119.95
This backpack has the STM SlingTech protection for a 15-inch laptop and a tablet.
On the sides are stretchable waterbottle/umbrella pockets and an external zippered pocket with cable pass-through for easy charge and access to your smartphone.
Also onboard is an internal document sleeve, a fleece-lined sunglasses pocket and a front overflow pocket for quick storage of loose items.
Haven is available in black, frost grey, Moroccan blue and steel.
PRIME – $99.95
Prime is a sleeker and smaller backpack that will carry a 13-inch laptop with room for a tablet, portable hard drive and other items you need by your side on your travels or on a daily basis when you’re on the move.
There are lots of dedicated internal pockets to keep yourself organised and to easily keep all of your stuff at your fingertips.
STM’s Prime is available in black, frost grey, Moroccan blue and steel.
SWIFT – $79.95
This is a smaller laptop brief shoulder bag designed to carry the essentials like a 11, 13 or 15-inch laptops plus a tablet and cables.
The smaller slimmer design is ideal for those who don’t want to carry around a larger bag but still need the room to carry and protect their gadgets.
The Swift is available in black and steel.
LINEAR – $99.95
This another slim shoulder bag that offers a vertical carrying solution for your 13-inch laptop, tablet and other other devices.
And despite its svelte dimensions there is still room for accessories, cables, keys and more in the bag’s front pocket.
The Linear is available in black and steel.
BLAZER – $59.95
The Blazer is sleeve for 11-inch, 13-inch and 15-inch laptops that will provide top level protection for your device with 8mm high density foam.
There’s also a slip pocket to even fit in a tablet and a removable shoulder strap for those longer journeys.
