ASUS has launched its 2023 lifestyle laptop line-up which all feature stunning OLED displays to provide stunning quality, high contrast and a wide colour gamut.

The company’s mission is to deliver more models with OLED displays and make them more affordable for Australian customers.

ASUS Is the leading OLED laptop brand in the world and this year the range of laptops featuring OLED displays has gone from three models in 2021 to 24 models in 2023.

The range is divided into three line-ups – Studiobooks for the pro creators, Zenbooks for customers who want performance and an eye catching design and Vivobooks for everyday users and creators.

“We first launched the world’s most comprehensive lifestyle line-up with OLED in 2021 and in 2023, we’re focused on continuing to be the market leader in OLED laptops,” said Bradley Howe, Head of Consumer, ASUS Australia.

“Incredible technologies are often aspirational but rarely are they available to the masses. ASUS has committed to updating its three key lifestyle product ranges, ensuring more Australians have an opportunity to access an OLED display at various price points.

“As the content creator market continues to grow, we recognise all Australians are creators in their own right, so we are proud to be able to provide OLED technology to support this market.”

ASUS uses Lumina OLED technology across the range and is more accurate and more adaptive.

Apart from the obvious advantages of high contrast and wider colour, the OLED displays also offer eye care support to reduce the strain on eyes caused by exposure to blue light and colour accuracy thanks to the Pantone-validated and factory-calibrated displays.

The ASUS OLEDs also offer HDR true black certification and true-to-life technology to create the best viewing experience.

ASUS VIVOBOOK

The Vivobook is the entry level OLED technology which is designed to complete your everyday tasks, create content and meet the rest of your computing needs.

The highlight of the range is the ASUS Vivobook 15X OLED (M3504) – a 15 inch laptop with a 2.8K OLED display with a 16:9 aspect ratio and that’s powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor. It starts at $1,399.

ASUS ZENBOOK

The Zenbook range offers excellent performance and a sleek design for those customers who want the power at the fingertips and a great look to go with it.

The Zenbook is ideal for the prosumer customer and performance-focused individuals.

The standout of the Zenbook ranges the S13 OLED which, at one centimetre thick and less than 1kg in weight, makes it the world’s slimmest 13 inch OLED laptop.

It has a 16:10 2.8K (2880 x 1800) ASUS Lumina OLED display which is Dolby Vision certified and Pantone colour validated.

Pricing starts at $2,099.

ASUS STUDIOBOOK

The Studiobook range provides the ultimate laptops which are designed for creative professionals including photographers, designers, animators, engineers and architects.

The flagship model of the studio book range is the ASUS ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED (H7604) – the world’s first OLED mobile workstation with glasses free 3.2K 120Hz 3D OLED display.

Tech Guide saw this laptop for the first time at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January.

Users can view impressive 3D content without the need to wear glasses thanks to the two camera trained on each eye which can produce an image on the OLED screen that your brain will view in 3D like the the world around us.

It is a mobile workstation that can meet the needs and performance expectations of power users and has a mineral black finish with slimmer screen bezels.

It is powered by the 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13980HX processor and includes NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series laptop GPU and up to 64GB of upgradable memory.

Pricing for the 3D model is yet to be announced but other Studiobook with OLED displays start at $4,999.
