BenQ has released an iPhone/iPod dock with a difference. The Joybee GP2 contains a mini projector to enjoy all of your pictures and movies on a grand scale.
The Joybee GP2 has a built-in 3LED short throw projector which can display a 44-inch 720p resolution high definition image just one metre from the wall.
Other devices like iPads and other tablets can also be connected to the Joybee GP2 using the device’s HDMI port.
The light and compact unit only weighs 565g and fits in the palm of your hand.
The BenQ Joybee GP2 supports multiple formats of picture and videos and can read and display files stores on SD memory cards and USB thumb drives.
And while the iPhone or iPod are resting in the dock they are also being charged.
The GP2 makes it possible to share pictures, movies, videos and games and has an optional battery pack for users who want to enjoy the experience on the go.
The BenQ Joybee GP2 is useful for personal and business use whether you’re watching your videos or making a presentation.
The GP2 can also be easily connected to a computer using the USB Display feature to project your desktop a screen or a wall.
Also on board the GP2 are two 2W stereo speakers so your movies, videos and presentations can be heard and seen.
The BenQ Joybee GP2 is available in Australia from this month and will be priced at $699.
