Samsung has unveiled its 2025 range of soundbars that feature new home audio technology to elevate your home entertainment experience to another level.
Seen for the first time at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Samsung’s new Q Series range includes the HW-Q990F and HW-QS700F.
“Our new soundbars combine exceptional audio quality with seamless convenience,” said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “With advanced intelligent technology in the HW-Q990F and the HW-QS700F’s innovative convertible design, these soundbars effortlessly adapt to virtually any environment, delivering an immersive and personalised audio experience for virtually every user.”
SAMSUNG HW-Q990F SOUNDBAR
Samsung’s new flagship sound bars incorporates AI-driven sound optimization with features including Dynamic Bass Control which enhances clarity and low frequency ranges.
Also on board is Q Symphony which envelopes the viewers in 3D surround sound by detecting the position of all available speakers and optimising audio output.
Also onboard is Active Voice Amplifier Pro which can examine content in real time and reduce the background noise to emphasise the dialogue.
The HW-Q990F also features newly engineered duel-active subwoofers that offer solid base and precise ultra-low frequency output.
It also has a new cube design which reduces the size of the subwoofer by half compared to the previous version.
This minimises resonance and can more easily blend into the modern home thanks to its refined serrated finish.
The HW-Q990F also takes advantage of Samsung TVs Neural Processing Unit (NPU) while in Q Symphony mode to help make dialogue clearer with more immersive and synchronised audio.
SAMSUNG HW-QS700F SOUNDBAR
The HWQ S700F soundbar has a sleek design and gyro sensor technology to offer even more versatility.
The soundbar can be wall mounted or set up on a tabletop and it can automatically adjust to its position whether it’s vertical or horizontal.
The soundbar in turn fine tunes the output to ensure optimal sound quality and clarity no matter how it is positioned.
It has a slim and modern profile and can integrate into any room.
Its adaptive design and versatility means users don’t have to compromise style to still enjoy a high quality audio experience.
The Q series HW-Q990F and HW-QS700F will go on sale in Australia in the first half of 2025.
Pricing will be announced closer to launch date.
