Sonos launches Trade Up program for customers to upgrade to the latest speakers
Sonos has launched a new upgrade program aimed at customers with older wireless speakers who want to trade up to the latest Sonos audio products.
The Sonos Trade Up program will allow customers who own Connect, Connect:Amp, ZP80, ZP90, ZP100, ZP120, and the first generation Play:5 to trade in these units for a 30 per cent discount on any new Sonos product for each original product replaced.
Some of these products are more than 10 years old and the Sonos line-up in the interim has advanced significantly.
There have been upgrades with the Sonos Amp, Sonos Port and the second generation Play:5 as well as the introduction of new speakers like the Sonos One, Beam and Move.
The new Sonos products now also offer AirPlay2 connectivity to link seamlessly with Apple devices as well as voice control, Automatic Trueplay and with more innovations.
“Our focus has always been to create a system of products that offer choice and sound great for years,” said Zack Kramer, VP, Retail at Sonos.
“As we’ve introduced newer generations of Sonos speakers and components, we built for the future, offering a step-change upgrade in hardware and software for even more power and capability.
“Today, we’re offering the opportunity to trade up to these new Sonos experiences.”
