LG has released three new portable audio products they were developed in partnership with eight-time Grammy Award winning artist and LG experimental architect for xboom, will.I.am.
The three new models are the LG xboom Stage 301, the LG xboom Bounce and the LG xboom Grab.
They all offer powerful and immersive sound along with portability, AI features and a rugged design so they can go anywhere.
These products are the result of a creative collaboration with artist will.i.am who has provided valuable input across the product’s design, development and marketing.
Each product carries William’s influence in both style and sound which is rich and balanced.
will.i.am also brings to the table the AI driven audio platform RAiDiO.FYI which he has played a large part in developing and bringing to market.

LG XBOOM STAGE 301 – $449
The LG xboom Stage 301 offers uninterrupted music all day thanks to its 12 hours of playtime.
Under the hood is a 6.5-inch woofer and 2.5-inch midranges, crafted by Peerless, that deliver a bold and detailed sound to power your party.
It has a unique wedge design and carry handle and can be placed upright or tilted to adapt to the space.
It’s also perfect for live performances and street busking.
Users can plug in a microphone and instrument and access Karaoke Creator via the LG ThinQ app.
The speaker can also integrate with Apple Music and supports local file playback.
It also has an IPX4 water resistant rating which means you can take your music anywhere and handle spills, sprays and splashes.
LG XBOOM BOUNCE – $299
The xboom Bounce portable speaker has dual dome tweeters and dual passive radiators for a full range of sound.
It also comes with built in microphone for hands free voice calling.
The speaker has AI on board – AI Sound and AI Calibration – which can automatically adjust the music based on the genre and your surroundings to ensure the best possible listening experience no matter where you are.
AI Lighting also synchronises lights and visual effects to the beats of the music with nine lighting modes that provide a clear feedback on volume levels.
The xboom Bounce is designed to go anywhere and is built to withstand US military standard tests for shock, vibration, high temperature and immersion.
It has an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance which means you can take it by the pool, down to the beach, the camp site or anywhere you want to hear your music.
The onboard battery can provide up to 30 hours of playback on a single charge.
LG XBOOM GRAB – $229
Designed for music on the go, the xboom Grab is a compact unit with a built in microphone for hands free voice calling so you can stay connected on the move without missing a beat.
The speaker is engineered to offer a high energy yet balanced audio output.
At its heart, the xboom Grab has a high quality dome tweeter to create a sound profile that will provide impressive detail you can listen to anywhere.
The tube shape and adjustable strap shows the explosion grab is meant to go anywhere.
Under the hood is AI Sound technology that can optimise the sound output to suit the type of music you’re listening to and your surroundings.
