JBL has released the JBL Live 780NC over-ear and Live 680NC on-ear headphones that are designed to provide high audio quality for all-day listening.
The headphones offer powerful dynamic drivers along with advanced noise cancelling so you can shut out any distractions and stay focused on what you’re listening to.
And JBL has put as much focus on the design and comfort as they have on the sound with smooth metal hinges and refined metallic accents along with soft-touch materials.
JBL has had a complete re-think to make the new headphones look good and feel good to wear all day long.
It has also added some bold new colours, including green, purple, blue, and orange finishes alongside neutral tones like beige, white, and black.

The new JBL headphones include 40mm dynamic drivers with a compound diaphragm for more detailed sound.
Also included is True Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0, which filters ambient noise in real time thanks to the upgraded processing power to make turning down distractions better than ever before.
The headphones include improved call quality thanks to two beam-forming microphones that use an AI-trained noise-cancellation algorithm to reduce outside noise and give you crystal-clear voice quality.
Also on board is spatial audio, which can be enjoyed while listening to music or watching a movie on the move.
These new JBL headphones are also compatible with the JBL Smart TX wireless transmitter, which allows even easier access to EQ and music controls, along with seamless wireless connection to in-flight entertainment systems.
The headphones also include a new customizable button and touch controls and Personi-Fi 3.0 so you can truly personalise the listening experience.
The JBL Live 780NC and JBL Live 680NC are priced at $249.95 and $199.95 respectively are available now through jbhifi.com.au and jbl.com.au and other retailers from July 1, 2026.
